Hotel Reservations: CCBO has reserved a room block at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. The room rate is $259/night + taxes, fees and hotel services charge. Click here to make your room reservations. The deadline for the group rate is 8/21/2026. Rooms booked outside of our link may be subject to additional fees, loss of amenity access, cancellation penalties, or may be non-refundable. CCBO is unable to assist with any reservation made outside of our group block.

Cancellation Policy: A written request for a full refund must be made by August 21, 2026. No refunds will be granted after this date. Refunds will be sent in the form of a check once processed. Please remember to cancel your hotel stay as well. CCBO will not cancel your hotel reservation. Please contact Hilton New Orleans Riverside directly to cancel your room reservation.
